Q) How long does it take to get a sample? A) 7–10 working days after full detail is received. Generally samples are charged.
Q) What's the minimum order quantity? A) It is 15pcs. Please be informed that we are OEM factory.
Q) How can I select or confirm garment style/design? A) If you have your own style, we shall follow it. If you don’t have one, kindly let us know your requirement so we may offer you some styles to select from our collection. We can develop a customized style for you.
Q) How to find out the price? A) Price is the most important factor in a buyer’s decision. If you want to know best price, kindly provide us following detail: Hoody image or artwork, accessories, printing and/or embroidery detail, pattern, fabric specifications, order quantity and delivery time etc. It will help us work out best price - the more you order the lower price you will get.
Q) How long it would take to get delivery? A) Exact ship date depends on the hoody style and quantity. Delivery time is usually 25 ~ 35 working days after 50% down payment is received.
